Merchant will abide by gift certificate state laws. No cash or credit back. Each certificate must be used in one visit. Not valid on tax or gratuity. Limit one certificate per visit. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other certificate, coupon, special or promotion. You will receive a Local Flavor certificate that you will redeem for a gift card loaded with 4 of Surf's Up Rain Repel and Tire Shine washes. To receive your card, bring your certificate to the car wash. Do not drive up to the automatic kiosk. Instead drive to the vacuum side of the wash, park and come to the office at the rear of the building where an attendant will provide you with your loaded card.
