1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. The Clipp.com Find Freebee Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal United States residents residing in California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Clipp.com (“Sponsor”), Clipper Magazine LLC, Get1Free, Clipp and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and any advertising or promotional agencies involved with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, November 25, 2022 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period consists of one (1) random drawing wherein one (1) winner will be selected on or about the day after the end of the Sweepstakes period from among all eligible entries received. There will be one Sweepstakes with separate entry pools via the Sponsor’s print titles (each, a “Title”). Each participating Title will have a valid nine-digit issue code, which is required for entry. Each issue code ends in a four-digit number representing the month and year (11.22).

4. How it Works. During the Sweepstakes Period, enter by visiting the Clipp.com Find Freebee Sweepstakes official registration page on Clipp.com https://www.clipp.com/freebee (the “Website”). Enter your Title’s nine-digit issue code, list the five (5) ads where you found Freebee in the Title, complete all questions on the registration form, agree to register as a user on Clipp.com (if you are not already registered), along with any other required information, and follow all posted instructions to submit your entry.

Maximum one (1) entry per person per day per Title. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology, which may be used for the purpose of entry tracking. Ad blocking software on your computer needs to be disabled so that it doesn’t interfere with processing your entry. Entrants must complete all questions correctly as directed on the entry form to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive emails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such emails by following the directions in any email received from Sponsor.

The authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry will be considered the entrant, as long as such person is otherwise eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules. An “authorized account holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry. In the event of a dispute, any online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent, as long as such person is otherwise eligible and in compliance with these Official Rules. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account.

5. Winner Selection; Prize; Odds. On or about the day after the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. One (1) Prize is available consisting of a check for $5000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry pools combined for the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of prize for the tax year which the prize is awarded.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Potential winner will be notified on or about the day after the Sweepstakes Period at the email address provided on potential winner’s entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Valid photo identification may be required by Sponsor. Prize is nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and, where legally permitted, publicity release which must be notarized and returned as directed by Sponsor. Failure to complete, sign, and return the notarized affidavit/releases, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the Sponsor may award of the prize to an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation.

7. General: Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by accessing the Website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination and all mail-in entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Any questions regarding the number of entries or votes submitted by the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
