Your Deal certificates are generated when you make your purchase. You will receive them via an email confirmation but can also login to your account or the Clipp App any time to access them. It’s that easy!
Our offers are available only in a limited quantity. When an offer approaches the quantity limit, you will see an “Almost Gone” graphic on the offer. Once it reaches the limit, that offer is sold out and no longer available. So, if there’s an offer you want, be sure to purchase early!
Each offer will have an expiration date – usually six months to one year. If a business closes before your offer expires, we will refund/credit your money.
Once a certificate expires, it loses its promotional value. However, the amount you paid for your Deal will be honored by the merchant for five years (in some instances, state law allows it to be honored for an even longer period). For example, if you paid $20 for a $40 certificate, the merchant is required to honor the $20.
Yes. Your credit card information is transmitted through PCI-compliant merchant services. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. Please refer to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.
Apple Pay is a form of digital payment that is available to consumers using an iPhone, iPad or a Mac computer. On Clipp.com, Apple Pay is available as a payment method in the checkout that uses a credit or debit card that you have set up and saved in the Wallet app on your Apple device. Apple Wallet is available to iPhone users. It allows you to conveniently store and access purchased certificates and clipped coupons on your Apple device, stored in the Wallet app. To learn more about using your Clipp.com certificates and coupons that you have saved as Apple Wallet passes you can visit the Apple Wallet support site.
To save an offer in Apple Wallet, follow these steps:
After purchasing a certificate or clipping a coupon on your iPhone, look for the option to add the pass to your Apple Wallet.
Click on the "Add to Apple Wallet" button.
Confirm and save the pass to your Wallet for easy access.
Yes. While using your iPhone, navigate to the Certificates section in your Clipp account. On every deal and coupon in your account, you will see the option to ‘Add to Apple Wallet’.
Open your Wallet app, find the desired pass and show the QR code to the merchant. They will scan it to redeem your offer.
Yes, you can still redeem by presenting a paper certificate, by using the Clipp app to show a QR code or by having the merchant call the redemption number.
If you have created a Clipp.com account and have made certificate purchases using an email address that is different than the email address you use for your Apple Pay account, any certificates purchased using Apple Pay through the Clipp.com Guest Checkout will be tied to your separate Apple Pay email address. This means that your order confirmation emails will be delivered to the email address you used when you set up your Apple Pay account, not the email address you used when you created your Clipp.com account. You will not find Apple Pay purchased certificates under your 'usual' Clipp.com account.
To see the certificates purchased with Apple Pay (if your email addresses are different), create an account with your Apple Pay email address. Please be aware that you will now have more than one Clipp.com account and may have certificates in each separate account, depending on the method of payment you used to purchase them.
For your account safety and security, Clipp.com is not authorized to merge or combine purchases that you have made under separate accounts, using different email addresses.
If you wish to change your Apple Pay email address so that it reflects the same email you use on Clipp.com, refer to the Apple Pay Support site to learn how to change your email address.
These are the steps to change your email address with Apple Pay:
iPhone: Go to Settings and tap Wallet & Apple Pay. Scroll down to Transaction Defaults and update your shipping address, email, and phone number.
iPad and Vision Pro: Go to Settings and tap Wallet & Apple Pay. Scroll down to Transaction Defaults and update your shipping address, email, and phone number.
Mac with Touch ID: In System Settings (or System Preferences), go to Wallet & Apple Pay. Click Contact and Shipping, and update your shipping address, email, and phone number.
