Michael's Tasting Room is located on the scenic Calle Cuna, in the heart of Historic Downtown St.Augustine. The building began as the Buchanti House that dates back to 1764, and was made famous by the Whitney Family of Marine Land, who refurbished the historic home for the city's 400th anniversary. The building later spent time as Wheeler's Christmas store until Chef Michael and his wife Stephanie converted the structure into a restaurant in 2006.
Michael's Tasting Room's menu changes seasonally, created by focusing on Spanish and Puerto Rican Inspired Cuisine with a twist from influences from the finest local ingredients. The restaurants casually elegant approach brings together friendly hospitality with a dedicated focus on impeccable guest service.
