Recon Brewing was established in February 2016 by Toby Wehr, Dave Bestwick, and Nate Bacher. Together they set out on a mission to start a brewery that would focus on high quality, yet simple beers known for their drinkability and value. Their location in Hastings features the homemade recipes of Steve and Benny's Chicken Shack, including fried chicken sandwiches, loaded mac and cheese bowls, salads, and more!
