Hands-On House Children's Museum
Open to the public since 1987, Hands-On House, Children's Museum of Lancaster is a nonprofit organization aimed at making learning fun for kids age 2 to 10. With a philosophy that's less lecture and more interactive, Hands-on House focuses on fun-by-doing. Kids, alongside their parents, can explore 3,900 square feet of exhibits plus "The Clubhouse," a space featuring STEAM (science, tech, engineering, art and math) activities as well as classes and birthday parties. Hands-On House is also home to camps for ages 4 to 10 and a variety of community-centric events.
