Youngstown State University Football
The home of the Youngstown State football team has seen plenty of changes as it enters its 43rd season in 2024. While the Penguins continue their winning tradition, Stambaugh Stadium continues to be one of the top facilities in all the FCS. Sitting high above the Youngstown State campus, the complex features an HD videoboard, state-of-the-art Musco Lighting and an upgraded seating area. More changes came with the addition of the Don Constantini Multimedia Center which opened before the 2019 season on the east side of the facility. Affectionately referred to as the "Ice Castle", Arnold D. Stambaugh Stadium is the tallest building in the city and offers tremendous views in all directions. YSU's first game at the stadium was on Sept. 4, 1982. They have won nearly 75 percent of their games at Stambaugh. The Ticket Office is easily accessible near the F-80 parking lot, which is along Fifth Avenue across from Farmers National Bank Field. Parking spaces just outside the doors are designated specifically for Ticket Office patrons. For a GPS, use 577 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, OH, 44502.
