• Two 1-hour training sessions with a friendly, professional, certified personal trainer;

• a fitness class for seniors, every Friday at 8am;
• Spin classes for Moms only (Mondays 11am), seniors (Fridays 8:45am), and adults (Fridays 12:15pm);
