On The Border

On the Border was founded in 1982 by three friends conspiring over a few shots of Tequila. It has since spread to more than 25 states and dozens of cities. They stress real border-style Mexican cuisine, with items like Mesquite-fired meats, hand-pressed tortillas, and fresh, made-to-order table-side guacamole.
