The Silo Restaurant & Carriage House

The Silo Restaurant & Carriage House has a rich history dating back to 1967 when it was originally known as "Ye Olde Silo." Stanley and Mae Kurz of Oak Ridge, NJ purchased it in 1973 and in 1974 son Gary joined the partnership. They spent the following years transforming The Silo into a fine dining establishment. After his parents' passing and a devastating fire in 1985, Gary brought new life to the family business by adding banquet rooms, guest rooms, and extensive landscaping, continuing to make The Silo the success it is today.
