Video Game Rescue, a brick-and-mortar game store, was started by husband and wife team, Dustin and Deanna. The idea behind venue was actually started many years prior. With just a dream and a very supportive community, Dustin quit his full-time job in late 2012 and decided to make the ultimate gamer venue a reality. After a successful IndieGoGo campaign to help fund the opening of the brick & mortar store he started building the nerd castle. February 8th, 2014 marks the day the store opened it's doors and allowed Dustin & Deanna to share their love for geek culture. The store has been making noise since they opened the doors and in October 2014 we were named by Folio Weekly "Top 100 things to do in North East Florida before you die"!!!
